Availability of products:

All our articles are subject to availability. If for an incident of our website you had bought an item that we do not have in stock, you will be informed and we will reimburse you the payment.
If at the time of your purchase we do not have stock but there was a possibility of manufacturing the item again, you would be informed about the manufacturing deadline and you would have the option to either go ahead with your purchase and receive your item after the deadline we have indicated either to cancel your purchase and receive the refund of your payment.

If you are interested in buying a product or a size that is sold out you can write us an email to info@studio-fantastique.com and we will check if we have the possibility to manufacture it for you.

Payment method:

Currently we only accept payments via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make your payment, you just have to follow the steps that will indicate the PayPal secure payment page. If you have a PayPal account, you can make the payment directly from your account.

Shipping information:

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed the next business day. We ship our products by post, with tracking number. When your order is sent, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping and returns costs:

Spain:
Domestic shipments will be free.
In case of return, the derived costs will be paid by the customer. In case of exchange, the cost of returning will be assumed by the customer and the cost for sending the new item will be 6
.

European Union:
The shipping cost for countries of the U.E will be 14 euros.
In case of return, the derived costs will be paid by the customer. In case of exchange, the cost of returning and sending the new item will be assumed by the customer.

Countries outside the European Union:

The shipping cost for USA will be 16 euros. For the rest of countries will be 22 euros.
In case of return, the derived costs will be paid by the customer. In case of exchange, the cost of returning and sending the new item will be assumed by the customer.

Returns and exchanges:

Returns:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item.
We accept returns of our products as long as they have not been used, washed or damaged, are in perfect condition and retain their original labels.
If you want to return your item you will have to notify it by email to
info@studio-fantastique pack it and send it by post as certified mail (with tracking number) or by private courier. Once we receive the item and it’s been checked, the amount of your purchase will be refunded to you.

Exchanges:

We only accept size changes, which will be subject to availability. To make an exchange of size you will have to return the item that you want to exchange and once your return has been processed we will send the new size. If you want to exchange one item for another, please return your item and purchase the new item separately. Once we receive it and it’s been checked, the amount of your purchase will be refunded.

None of the personal data you provide us will be shared with third parties. The contact information that you have provided can be used to send you our newsletter, news and offers that may be of your interest.
