It is with a heavy heart that we must share the news of our beloved brand's closure. Studio Fantastique has been our dream, and we can't deny the sadness we feel in having to make this decision.

When we embarked on this project a few years ago, we had a vision of doing things differently, breaking away from the norms we had witnessed. Unfortunately, the reality of such a venture is often quite different. In our case, we have been entirely self-financed, requiring immense effort and personal sacrifices. As we look back, we take great pride in our achievements and how far we have come. However, it hasn't been an easy journey, and we have faced significant setbacks that have led us to the difficult position of having to close our doors.

The recent cancellation and non-payment of a substantial order by a European distributor upon delivery left us vulnerable and uncertain. For a small company like ours, it can be devastating. We mustn't forget that the fashion industry is highly competitive and structured to favor larger corporations. Producing locally and in smaller quantities becomes challenging, as most suppliers find it unprofitable to work with smaller volumes. While we have remained committed to local production and fair trade, creating with love and durability, we've faced the reality that it doesn't always align with being price-competitive. Despite these obstacles, we take immense pride in our dedication to ethical practices, even though we understand that it may have limited accessibility for many.

We want to express our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering support throughout this journey. Your belief in our brand and your choice to support independent fashion is truly remarkable and courageous.
